Every detail of the property carries a story worth preserving. The flooring, reclaimed from the Old Savannah Cotton Exchange, is over 100 years old and serves as a timeless foundation for the plantation home. The main floor ceilings feature hand-planed wood, complemented by custom cabinetry and intricate woodwork crafted with intention and care. Reclaimed railroad beams from the Charleston line stand as quiet reminders of journeys past, while the roof is crowned with original slate tiles from the first dormitory at the University of Georgia. Just beyond the back lawn, a historic wood cabin, once a family home in Tattnall County, remains as a tribute to simpler days. Here, keeping memories isn’t just honored—it’s a tradition woven into every corner. Rooted in tradition is not just our tagline, it's our truth.
